Men's Tennis Finishes In Top 20

ANDERSON, S.C. -- The Anderson College men's tennis team was ranked No. 18 in the final poll released by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association May 25. The Trojans, 17-7 overall, won the CVAC regular-season title and tournament title and earned a bid to the NCAA regionals. In singles, Gabor Boczonadi, AC's No. 1 player, finished the season ranked No. 18 in the nation in singles. Boczonadi, a sophomore from Budapest, Hungary, was 14-2 at No. 1 singles and was 10-0 in CVAC play. In the final Mid-Atlantic Regional rankings, Anderson was ranked No. 7 in the final poll, and Boczonadi was ranked No. 3 in the region in singles.
