Men's Tennis To Face USCS In Regional

SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- The Anderson College men's tennis team will face host USC Spartanburg in the first round of the Mid-Atlantic Regional at 10 a.m. Friday, May 7, at USCS. The Trojans, the CVAC regular-season and conference tournament champions, enter the regional with an overall record of 17-6. Host USCS is the No. 2 seed in the regional, while Anderson is the No. 7 seed. Anderson was the CVAC men's team to received a bid to the NCAA Tournament. In the other Mid-Atlantic Regional semifinal on Friday, No. 3 Armstrong Atlantic will play No. 6 Columbus State at 2 p.m. Friday's winners will meet at noon on Saturday for a trip to the NCAA national tournament.
