WILSON, N.C. -- Jordan Kelly scored two goals, including the game winner in the 72nd minute, to lead Anderson University to a 3-2 victory over Barton in a CVAC men's match Saturday afternoon. Anderson snaps four-game losing streak and improves to 3-5 overall and 1-3 in the CVAC. Barton falls to 2-3-1, 0-2-1. With the scored tied at 2, Kelly, a freshman from London, England, intercepted a clearing attempt near the Barton goal and scored the game winner. Barton took a 1-0 lead in the 14th minute on a goal by Hector Bermudez. The Trojans tied the match at 59:51 on a breakaway by Lahnden Onger. A pass from David Vroblesky to Kelly gave Anderson a 2-1 lead at 65:47. A 25-yard blast by Scott Summers tied the match at 2 at the 71:05 mark. Anderson had nine shots to Barton's five.
