In the second game, Anderson got the scoring started early, with a run in the second, two in the third and two more in the fourth. Coker did not get on the board until the bottom of the fifth, when they plated their only run. The Trojans added their sixth run when Jessie Whiteside hit a solo home run over the left field wall, and they secured their victory by adding seven runs in the top of the seventh. Coker starter Jesse Hatchell (2-4) took the loss, going 3 2/3 innings, allowing five runs on six hits.
