ANDERSON, S.C. - The game notes for the Anderson University women's basketball team's home matchup with South Atlantic Conference opponent Carson-Newman have been released.
The Trojans have captured three of their last four, including a 74-61 triumph over SAC newcomer Queens on Saturday at the Abney Athletic Center. With the win, Anderson moved to 10-8 overall and an even 6-6 in the conference, which draws even with Newberry for sixth in the league standings.
Carson-Newman enters Wednesday night with a share of the conference lead alongside Wingate with matching 9-3 SAC records. The Eagles have also won three of their last four, but suffered an 83-75 setback on Saturday to Newberry in Jefferson City.
The game will be broadcast on FOX SPORTS Radio 1280 AM, WANS and will also be available on the internet at www.wrixfm.com and the Anderson web site at www.autrojans.com, along with video and live stats. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
