ANDERSON, S.C. -- The game notes for Anderson University women's basketball matchup with Division I opponent Furman on Saturday have been released.
The Trojans look to bounce back after a 63-50 setback at Lincoln Memorial on Tuesday, as it hits the road for a midseason exhibition with Furman on Saturday. Anderson enters the in-state matchup with a 6-2, as the result against the Paladins will not improve, nor hurt, its current mark.
Furman is coming off a 66-61 home victory over Yale on Wednesday, as the Paladins hold a 2-4 overall record. The win over Yale was FU's lone triumph over a Division I opponent, as it routed Brevard 79-31 in Greenville on Nov. 12.
Tip-off from Timmons Arena, home of the 2014 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Championships, is slated for 2 p.m. Fans can listen to all the action on wrixfm.com.
