ANDERSON, S.C. – No. 24 Anderson University women's tennis (9-1, 4-1 SAC) continued it solid play, defeating Carson-Newman (0-10, 0-5 SAC), 5-2, on Saturday afternoon at the AU Tennis Complex.

The Trojans took the early lead, winning the doubles point. The Black and Gold were able to secure four of the six singles points to win, 5-2.

Anderson hit the courts again when it travels to Lenoir-Rhyne Carson-Newman on Monday. First-serve is slated for 2 pm.
