ANDERSON, S.C. - Anderson University head men's basketball coach Jason Taylor has announced that Bo Holston has joined the Trojans for the 2012-13 campaign.
Holston, a 6-foot-5 forward, played three seasons at The Citadel after suffering an injury three games into his freshman campaign in 2008 and redshirted that season.
The Olney, Md. native played in 29 games last season for the Bulldogs, while drawing a starting nod on 13 occasions. Holston averaged 23 minutes per game while averaging 5.7 points per game and was third on the team with 3.4 rebounds per contest. He scored a career-high 14 points against Wofford last January and notched a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds on Feb. 22 against Appalachian State.
Anderson opens the regular season with a five-game homestand, beginning with Erskine on Wednesday, Nov. 14.
