Women’s Tennis Edged Out By No. 9 Queens

ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson University women's tennis (10-5, 3-3 SAC) was just edged out by No. 9 Queens (5-0, 4-0 SAC), 4-3, on Saturday afternoon at the AU Tennis Complex.

The Trojans fell behind, 1-0, after the doubles portion and was just edged out in singles play to fall, 4-3.

At the No. 2 slot, junior Anna Greer defeated No. 6 Jill Morse, 7-6, 6-4.

Anderson is back in action on Tuesday when it travels to South Atlantic Conference opponent Limestone. First-serve is scheduled for 1 pm.
