WINGATE, N.C. – No. 27 Anderson University men's tennis (13-5, 9-2 SAC) remained red-hot defeating South Atlantic Conference opponent No.31 Wingate (9-7, 7-3 SAC) for the first time on the Bulldogs home court, 4-3, while winning its fourth straight conference match on Saturday afternoon at the WU Tennis Complex.
The Trojans secured the early doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3, while winning three-of-six singles matches. Junior Spence Snow grinded out a 7-6, 7-6 win to help the Black and Gold seal the victory.
Anderson jumps back into action when it host Carson-Newman on Wednesday. First-serve is scheduled for 2 pm.
