SALISBURY, N.C. -- Kathryn Adkins shot a 76 to lead Anderson College to a second round of 318 and a third-place finish in the Catawba Lady Indian Invitational Tuesday at the Crescent Golf Club. The round of 318 is a record for the AC's women's golf team. The previous best was 329 in the fall of 2001. Adkins' 76 tied a career low. Darcie Davis shot a career low 80 and both Brandi Jackson and Carlie Eastman shot 81. First-round leader Central Arkansas won the tournament with a 36-hole total of 640.
