ANDERSON, S.C. - The Anderson men's tennis team dropped just one set on the afternoon as the Trojans shut out Lenoir-Rhyne, 9-0, in South Atlantic Conference action Saturday afternoon at the Max Grubbs Memorial Courts
The Trojans won their second straight match and their fourth in the last five outings, as they improved to 7-4 overall and 4-1 in league play. Lenoir-Rhyne dropped to 1-6 overall and 0-4 in the conference.
Daniel Gonzalez, Loic Ambrose and Ilya Zakharov each claimed their fifth consecutive victories, while the duo of Daniel Gonzalez and Stan Atema improved to 8-3 overall with their second straight win.
