Three Anderson Players Named All-CVAC

WILSON, N.C. -- Three Anderson College players were named to the 2003 All-CVAC team late Friday night. Sophomore Karan Doctor was AC's lone representative on the first team. Doctor, a native of Mimbia, India, was 6-5 overall and 3-1 in the CVAC. The Trojans put two players on the second team. Sophomore Olof Hallstrom and freshman Gabor Boczonadi both were named to the second team. Hallstrom, a native of Lund, Sweden, was 15-1 overall and 9-0 in the CVAC, while Boczonadi, a native of Budapest, Hungary, was 10-3 overall and 6-0 in the CVAC. Anderson won its second consecutive CVAC regular-season championship with a record of 13-3 overall and 9-0 in the league.
