WILSON, N.C. -- Gabor Boczonadi pulled out a three-set victory at No. 1 singles to give Anderson College a 5-4 victory over Barton College in a CVAC men's match Saturday. Boczonadi, a freshman from Hungary, trailed 4-1 in the third set before rallying for 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 victory over Barton's Joel Scalzi for the clinching point. Anderson trailed 4-3 in the match, but James Fitzgerald pulled out a three-set victory at No. 5 singles over Adrian Baluyot to tie the match then Boczonadi rallied for the winning point.
