ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson University women's soccer head coach Sarah Jacobs has released her 2023 schedule.
The Trojans finished the 2022 season, 10-4-4 overall and 6-2-3 in the South Atlantic Conference. The Black and Gold won 10 games for the first time since the 2015 season and hosted a SAC quarterfinal match for the first time since the 2018 campaign.
The 2023 women's soccer schedule features six non-conference matches and 11 SAC matches with nine of the contests being played at home.
Jacobs on the 2023 schedule: "We look forward to testing ourselves against some strong competition in regional non-conference games this year while also building upon our success within the conference last season. The SAC always provides an exciting challenge as we regularly face teams in the top of the region and nation. We will have veteran leadership in our upperclassmen, experienced sophomores, and new energy from our incoming class. We look forward to seeing our work in the offseason translate to the field this fall. We are thankful for the support of the AU community and can't wait to play for you at Trojan Stadium."
