MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - The Anderson University men's tennis team fell, 6-0, to 15th-ranked Georgia College Friday afternoon at the Centennial Center Tennis Complex.
Anderson slipped to 1-2 on the season, while the Bobcats improved to 2-0.
Georgia College gained an early advantage by sweeping the doubles competition, as the Bobcats' Jerome Leborgne and Johan Wadstein edged Stan Atema and Daniel Gonzalez, 9-7, at No. 1 doubles and GC's Tyler Franks and Kasper Konyves defeated Krystof Gulbinovic and Deni Mehagic, 8-5, at the No. 2 slot.
Anderson will get back on the courts Wednesday, when the Trojans play host to the Lander Bearcats at 2:30 p.m. on the Max Grubbs Memorial Tennis Courts.
