NEW LONDON, N.C. -- The Anderson College men's golf team shot 320-309 in the first two rounds of the Pfeiffer Intercollegiate Monday at the Old North State Club. UNC Greensboro leads after two rounds at 596. Host Pfeiffer is second at 600, and South Carolina Upstate is third at 601. Anderson, in 14th place in the 16-team event after Monday's play, was led by in the first two rounds by Adam Sheriff (77-76). Following Sheriff for Anderson were Kurt Owings (79-78), Curtis Norwood (82-73), and Steven Cooley (82-82). The second round will be played Tuesday morning.
