GAFFNEY, S.C. -- The Anderson University women's golf team shot a 351 in the final round to claim a three-stroke victory over host Limestone in the Limestone Invitational at the Cherokee National Golf Club Tuesday. Anderson finished the 36-hole event with a total of 707. Limestone was second at 710, Armstrong Atlantic was third at 715, Mount Olive was fourth at 716, and Belmont Abbey was fifth at 732. Carlie Eastman was Anderson's medalist with a two-round total of 166. Eastman shot an 84 in the first round and an 82 in the second round. Anderson's other second-round scores were Jenny Odle 86, Jenny Fretwell 88, and Lindsay Vallo 95.
