ANDERSON, S.C. - Anderson topped Lenoir-Rhyne, 6-3, in the South Atlantic Conference opener for both teams Saturday afternoon at the Max Grubbs Memorial Courts.
Anderson claimed its first win of the season, improving to 1-2 overall and 1-0 in the conference, while Lenoir-Rhyne fell to 0-1.
Anderson will get back on the courts Wednesday, when the Trojans play host to rival Erskine. First-serve is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on AU's campus.
