THOMASVILLE, N.C. -- Philippe Magat and Carlos Sanches of Anderson University both were named to the 2005-06 All-CVAC men's tennis team, the league office announced Thursday night. Both Magat and Sanches were named to the All-CVAC first team. Magat, a sophomore from Paris, France, was 12-5 overall and 8-1 in the CVAC playing the No. 1 position for the Trojans. Sanches, a junior from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, was 13-4 overall and 9-0 in the CVAC playing the No. 3 position for the Trojans. Magat and Sanches helped lead Anderson to a 10-0 record in the CVAC and Anderson's fourth regular-season championship in the last five years.
