Trojans Lose Streak But Get Victory

MARS HILL, N.C. -- The Anderson College men's tennis team's streak of 9-0 victories came to an end, but the Trojans still thrashed Mars Hill 8-1 in a non-conference match Thursday afternoon. The Trojans, 8-2 overall, had won five straight matches by 9-0 scores. But Mars Hill ended the streak quickly by winning at No. 1 doubles. But Anderson lost just three games in the final two doubles matches and had just one three-set match in singles. Anderson 8, Mars Hill 1 Doubles -- Rodriguez-Allen (MH) d.
