Trojans Look For Second Consecutive Win at Tusculum

ANDERSON, S.C. – The Anderson University men's soccer team will look for their second consecutive victory on Wednesday (Oct. 5) as they travel to Greeneville, Tennessee to take on the Tusculum Pioneers.

The Trojans are coming off a 3-1 away victory at Emory & Henry this weekend, scoring two quick goals in the first half courtesy of Juan Jose Alvarez and Lucas Goldberg. Overall, for the South Atlantic Conference season, Anderson is 1-4-1 in South Atlantic Conference play, finishing in a 1-1 draw at Wingate on Sept. 7.

Tusculum enters the match with a 0-6-2 record, including an 0-4-1 clip in the SAC. The Pioneers are coming off a 3-2 loss on the road last week at Lincoln Memorial, and a 0-0 draw at home vs. Catawba (Sept. 24).
