ANDERSON, S.C. -- Anderson's men's lacrosse team hosts Tusculum on Tuesday for a 7:00 PM South Atlantic Conference match-up.
"Next one," said head coach Albert Mitchell.
AU looks for another conference win after splitting last week's competitions, defeating Lincoln Memorial 13-9 and losing 12-13 in overtime to Lander. The week saw 25 goals from ten different Trojans, as well as 30-30 successful clears and 43-54 faceoffs won.
The Pioneers travel to South Carolina following back-to-back home losses to ranked SAC opponents, falling 21-5 to No. 8 Wingate and 20-7 to No. 1 Limestone.
The Black and Gold lead the series with Tusculum, 2-1. The Trojans dropped the inaugural match against the Pioneers in 2021, 9-7, before coming out on top in the two most recent contests, 18-10 and 19-9.
Following Tuesday, Anderson rounds out March with three SAC road games: at Coker (March 23), at No. 1 Limestone (March 27) and at Catawba (March 30).
