THOMASVILLE, N.C. -- The Anderson College women's soccer team will get a rematch with Pfeiffer in the first round of the CVAC Tournament Tuesday at Misenheimer, N.C. Pfeiffer (11-4-3), the second-seeded team in the tournament, beat Anderson (4-13-1), seeded No. 7, 3-1 in Saturday's regular-season finale at AC. In the other first-round matchups, No. 8 Lees-McRae travels to No. 1 Belmont Abbey, No. 6 Limestone will visit Mount Olive, and No. 5 Queens (N.C.) is at No. 4 Barton. The first-round winners will travel to Belmont, N.C., for the semifinals on Friday. The championship match is scheduled for Saturday at Belmont, N.C.
