Belton, S.C.-Anderson University women's tennis dropped a hard fought match against SAC opponent Limestone, 4-3, on Friday afternoon at Leda Poore Park in Belton, S.C. The Trojans fall to 2-2 overall and 1-2 in conference play, while the Saints improve to 3-2 overall and 1-2 in SAC action.

"The women fought hard winning all three doubles today, but we lost three out four matches that went three sets and that was the difference in the match for us against Limestone," said Director of Tennis Joey Eskridge.

"They were much improved over last year, but I feel good about our team," added Eskridge

The Trojans travel to SAC foe Carson-Newman on Tuesday. First-serve is slated for 2 pm.
