ANDERSON, S.C. - The game notes for the Anderson University women's basketball team's road matchup with South Atlantic Conference opponent Brevard have been released.
The Trojans currently ride a two-game winning streak with back-to-back SAC wins over Mars Hill (78-71) and Lenoir-Rhyne (76-67). Overall, AU is 9-7 for the season and an carry even 5-5 record in conference play, slotting the Trojans in seventh place alongside Newberry.
Brevard has been on the losing end of its last two contests, falling to conference leader Carson-Newman (105-82) and preseason SAC favorite Newberry (61-58). Prior to their losing stretch, the Tornados captured back-to-back wins over Tusculum (91-68) and Catawba (71-66), as they enter Wednesday with a 4-10 overall record and a 3-7 mark in the league. Brevard sits alone in 10th place in the conference.
