John Sullivan was named Director of Football Operations in April, 2023.
Sullivan earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations, with a minor in political science from Appalachian State in 2018.
After graduation, Sullivan worked in Strategic Customer Sales with Sunbelt Rentals (2018-19), where he cultivated relationships with key account clients and strategized different sales tactics with outside sales representatives to help build the client base.
Following his time with Sunbelt Rentals, Sullivan served as a teacher of exceptional children and as a football and basketball coach at West Brunswick (N.C.) High School. While with the Trojans, he created and maintained the teams’ social media accounts, while growing the culture of both programs. Sullivan promoted the first ever "Youth Official Visit" for both football and basketball and served as a member of the School Improvement Team.
“I am thrilled to welcome John Sullivan to the Trojan Football Family,” added Lamb. “I believe his experience working as a high school football and basketball coach will allow him to excel as our Director of Football Operations.”
