Conlin Named to Queens Fall Classic All-Tournament Team

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – After helping lead the Trojans to three wins in four outings at the Queens Fall Classic over the weekend, Anderson University volleyball standout Emily Conlin earned All-Tournament honors, as announced late Saturday night.

Conlin, a native of Glendale, Ariz., started all four contests in Charlotte, while dishing out 136 assists (11.33/set) over the two-day event. She also came up with 41 digs on the defensive side and recorded five block assists. Conlin reached double-figure assists in all four matches and posted a double-double with 49 assists and a season-high 20 digs in the four-set win over Georgia College on Friday.

On the season, Conlin leads the South Atlantic conference in assists per set and ranks second in total assists, while standing seventh in service aces and 13th in digs.

Anderson will get back in action on Tuesday, when the Trojans open conference play on the road at Mars Hill. First-serve is scheduled for 7 p.m.
