GREENEVILLE, TENN. – Anderson University women's tennis falls to South Atlantic Conference opponent Tusculum, 6-1, on Saturday afternoon at the Nichols Tennis Center.

With the loss, Anderson drops to 9-3 overall and 1-1 in SAC action, while the Pioneers improve to 5-2 overall and 1-0 in conference play.

Senior Laura Dean earned the lone point defeating Emilie Hansen, 5-7, 6-2, 6-1 at the No. flight.

Tusculum blanked AU in the doubles portion while earning victories in five of the six singles matches.

Anderson will host SAC foe Wingate on Saturday. First serve is scheduled for 2 pm.
