Women’s Basketball Catapults to No.14 in D2SIDA National Poll; Cracks Top-25 in the WBCA

ANDERSON, S.C.  - The Anderson women's basketball team is riding a 10 game win streak and has catapulted to No. 14 in the Division II National Media Poll, sponsored by D2SIDA while finally cracking the top-25 in the Women's Basketball Coaches (WBCA) Poll at No. 24.

Anderson (12-2), which sits at the top of the South Atlantic Conference with an unblemished 6-0 record won its 10th straight win on Saturday afternoon with a victory over SAC opponent Coker.

The Trojans also took over the top-spot in the D2SIDA Regional Rankings.

Anderson faces off with SAC foe Carson-Newman tonight to continue a four-game road swing. Tip-off against the Eagles is slated for 6 pm.
