Limestone Scores In Second OT To Beat AC

ANDERSON, S.C. -- Camilo Agudelo scored in the 105th minute to give Limestone a 1-0 victory over Anderson College in a CVAC match Saturday afternoon at Smethers Field. The victory, Limestone's first in conference play this season, improves the Saints to 2-11 overall and 1-6 in the CVAC. Agudelo's winning goal came on a header that floated over Anderson goalkeeper Alex Jenkins and into the net for the golden goal. The loss snaps Anderson's four-match winning streak and drops the Trojans to 7-6, 4-3. Limestone goalkeeper Michael Stratford made 12 saves to record the shutout. Anderson had 18 shots to 12 for Limestone. The Trojans played the final 12 minutes a man down after Josh Pittman received a red card at 92:51. Season Statistics
