ANDERSON, S.C. - The Anderson women's basketball team moved up a notch to No. 15 in the Women's Basketball Coaches (WBCA) Poll.
Anderson (7-1) remains the only representative from the South Atlantic Conference in the national poll. In the only game the Trojans played last week, they defeated the SAC preseason No. 2, Carson-Newman at the Abney Athletic Center to push their conference record to 3-0.
The Trojans remain in the top-spot in the D2SIDA Regional Rankings.
Anderson will travel to SAC opponent Newberry on Wednesday. Tip-off is slated for 5:30 p.m.
