Anderson Set to Host 2019 NCAA DII Southeast Regional Women’s Basketball Tournament

ANDERSON, S.C. – Anderson University will be the host school for the 2019 Division II Women's Southeast Regional, the NCAA announced Sunday night.

Anderson (29-2), the South Atlantic Conference regular-season and tournament champion, is seeded No. 1 in the event.

The Trojans, who have won 27 straight games this season, will be joined by No. 2 North Georgia (PBC), No. 3 Wingate (SAC), No. 4 Carson-Newman (SAC), No. 5 Lander (PBC), No. 6 Clayton State (PBC), No. 7 Emmanuel (CC) and No. 8 Barton (CC).

The regional will be played Friday, Saturday and Monday at the Abney Athletic Center on the beautiful campus of Anderson University.

Ticket Prices:        Adults $10 per day; $20.00 all sessions

Senior 65+/Military/Student/Child 12-under $5.00 per day; $10 all sessions

The winner of Monday night's championship game advances to the Elite Eight Mar. 26, 27 and 29 in Columbus, Ohio
