ROCK HILL, S.C. – Anderson University softball senior Cailah Niles and freshman Harlie Duncan were named to the South Atlantic Conference Softball Championship All-Tournament Team, as announced by the League on Monday.
Niles went 3-for-7 in the tournament, accumulating three runs, two RBIs, a single, and two home runs in the Trojans' two games during the postseason.
Duncan made two starts pitching two complete games for the Trojans. The freshman hurler, picked up her 15th win of the season after the Black and Gold eliminated Wingate in the quarterfinal round. Duncan toed the rubber for the semifinal match-up with Carson-Newman with the Trojans falling 6-4.
