ATLANTA – Anderson University track standouts Chris Burton and Olivia Evans competed over the weekend at the 2018 Dunamis Super Meet Atlanta 2018, with Evans posting a personal-best time of 10:18.51 and finishing second in the 3,000 meter run, behind just the nation's fastest NAIA runner.
Burton suffered an injury during the men's 200 meter dash, but still finished second in the first heat of the preliminaries in a time of 22.60.
Next up for Anderson are the South Atlantic Conference Championships, which are slated for Monday, Feb. 19 at the JDL Fast Track.
