Men’s Soccer Looks to Claim First SAC Win at Carson-Newman

ANDERSON, S.C. – The Anderson University men's soccer team is riding a high after snapping a four match losing streak when it defeated nonconference rival Erskine on Thursday at Trojan Stadium. Despite their efforts and solid play, the Black and Gold have not won a conference match this season, something they look to change heading into Saturday's matchup with Carson-Newman.

SERIES HISTORY
Prior to Anderson's 3-2 victory during the 2015 season, the Eagles had posted four straight victories over the Trojans including a NCAA Tournament match in 2013. AU's last victory had come during the 2011 season, as the Trojans claimed a 3-1 triumph.
