FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. -- Michael Zion scored with 12 minutes remaining to give Anderson College a 1-0 victory over Emmanuel in a non-conference match Tuesday afternoon. Anderson won its fourth straight to improve to 5-4 overall. The goal was Zion's third of the season and his second game winner of the season. Anderson goalkeeper Jack Ward stopped eight shots to record his second straight shutout. "Jack played very well on a day when we really needed him," said Anderson head coach Rob Miller.
