Weather Forecast Alters Weekend Baseball Schedule

ANDERSON, S.C. – With a berth in the upcoming South Atlantic Conference Tournament on the line, this weekend's Anderson University baseball conference series versus Mars Hill at Memorial Stadium has been altered due to Friday's weather forecast.

The Trojans and Lions will now square off in a doubleheader on Saturday, with first-pitch slated for 1 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. The two teams will then meet in a Monday afternoon contest, which is slated for a 4 p.m. first-pitch.

Monday's previously scheduled contest at North Greenville has been cancelled.

Saturday, April 20 Mars Hill at Anderson (DH) 1 p.m.
Monday, April 22 Mars Hill at Anderson 4 p.m.

The Trojans have three conference games remaining on their schedule and trail both Coker and Lenoir-Rhyne, who are tied for seventh place in the league standings, by one game in the battle for the eight-team conference tournament. AU owns the tiebreaker over both the Cobras and the Bears.
